<p>The truth is what we are all trying to accomplish while dieting is fat loss. Fat loss is losing fat and not burning away muscle. Many times people have dieted and lost weight, but still have not burned fat and maintained muscle mass.</p>
<p>A great analogy would be looking at a person who is shaped like a pear. You can all picture a pear in your mind right? Small at the head and then widening down to the bottom.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Sometimes losing weight fast can be detrmental to your weight loss goals. That's right I said it! Diets are only effective if you can stay on them long enough to learn to make them a lifestyle. A quick 10 lb drop has taught you nothing if you can't sustain it.</p>

I really liked all the information and read several positive testimonials. Once I decided that the diet might work, I went ahead and made the purchase.</p>
<p>My first mistake was that I read through the infromation and immediately started dieting the next day. I made no preparations mentally nor physically prior to start. This proved to be a bad idea. I was not prepared for the abrupt changes in eating and physical activity. I was planning my second marriage and the stress was not helping. I went off of the plan 7 days after starting.</p>
