Yes stress is bad for you, but did you know that it can hinder weight loss as well? It has been proven that people with high levels of stress lose weight at almost half of what people with drama free lifestyles.

regular sleeping patterns will reduce stress and fatigue.

3. Take a good multivitamin every day. Making sure your body has it's essentials gives it the
ability to fight the effects of stress.

4. Make sure that the diet you are on is not causing massive stress itself. Some diets keep you
so close to the point of breaking that they are extremely detrimental to your psyche. Be
sure you follow a plan that you are comfortable living on.
