Get Off The Diet Roller Coaster-Get On The “E” Train
Have you tried to lose weight? Maybe you have made several attempts and failed on many diets? This is the cycle that thousands of people have been on and I was one of them. You are not alone.
Probably the most humiliating part of the process is getting all fired up about some diet plan and spending time and money just to fail miserably. It can be a very crushing blow and cause depression and self hatred. I was on this vicious cycle for many years.
So when I found the EODD Diet plan I was somewhat skeptical to say the least. The one thing that really gave me hope was that this diet seemed to be aimed at people like me. People who have struggled for years and never been able to get it right.
I bought the program and read it in one night.
Then guess what I did? I tried it half heatedly for a week and gave up. No I didn't give up because the diet didn't work. I gave up because I was not ready to change anything in my "comfort zone".
In the past that would have been the end to it. In about six months I would have bought some other diet plan and went through the same routine I have done countless times before.
But something that I read in the EODD Diet stuck with me. If I couldn't make a diet work that allowed me to eat the things I craved regularly, how was I supposed to make any diet work?
I went back to the book and re-read it. I set a date to start and told every one of my close friends and relatives about that "D" date. I got all of my ducks in a row and prepared to give it a real try.
"D" day ended up being the day that my lifelong weight loss started. I have been going strong ever since.
