The EODD Diet By author Jon Benson also known as the Every Other Day Diet has really caught fire with the release of version 2.0. Version 2 offers a daily and hourly eating plan that will hold your hand and help you lose weight quickly. Oh. and by the way, you still get to eat anything you want at certain times.

I feel the biggest advantage to this diet plan is the abolition of calorie or points counting. If you follow the SNAPP eating plan you will never count calories or points again. This alone takes much of the pressure off of the dieting process.

Jon Benson actually created this diet to cater to his problems with traditional dieting and lost over seventy pounds with this system. He then went to the lab and scientifically proved that what he had actually accomplished was "calorie shifting". He then polished the diet and released version 1 of the Every Other Day Diet.

This has now become a life raft for people who, like Jon, can not seem to make traditional diets work.
