Please help me. I ordered the EODD diet and it is not what I thought it would be. It stated in the add that I could get a refund if I was unhappy with the product. I have sent emails and have recieved no response as to how I obtain my refund. Would you know who I contact to get my money refunded?

If you bought this from http://www.everyotherdaydiet.com then the support desk is at http://www.openaticket.com just register and confirm your email and you can log in and choose the product (every other day diet) and submit a ticket to the support desk.

I too ordered on line around the time that (Melinda above) ordered and have checked my email and junk box and it hasn’t shown up…what name should I be looking for?

The EODD by Jon Benson is a digital product and should be made available as soon as you pay. Check your email and the junk box there as it might have went their.
