   The EODD by Jon Benson is a digital product and should be made available as soon as you pay. Check your email and the junk box there as it might have went their.

   As I have said this website is for Jon Benson’s Every Other Day Diet and is a DIGITAL product and not a physical product. If you bought this from http://www.everyotherdaydiet.com then the support desk is at http://www.openaticket.com just register and confirm your email and you can log in and choose the product (every other day diet) and submit a ticket to the support desk.

   Raquel,

   Please help me. I ordered the EODD diet and it is not what I thought it would be. It stated in the add that I could get a refund if I was unhappy with the product. I have sent emails and have recieved no response as to how I obtain my refund. Would you know who I contact to get my money refunded?

    Hi Raquel,
    I see from your blog that you say that Jon Benson always responds to e-mails.
    I am in the same situation as Kathy Ricci ( Above ), who has not been able to get any response to requests for a refund – as promised in the sales pitch. I have contacted the site on several occasions and had a ticket number allocated – which later has been removed. I also wrote direct to Jon by e-mail – NO ANSWER !
    Can you assist ? This goes back to January this year so exceeds the 60 days warranty provided by Clickbank.

    I may be Pre-Diabetes according to my doctor and he hold me to stay away from the pasta, rice, and deserts. I also need to lower my wait since I weigh 230lbs and should be under 200. Will this program work for someone that is Pre-Diabetes or some one that is Type II?

    Apparently EODD has a problem to deliver paid products. I’m sorry that I didnt see this before I ordered it. I’ve ordered 2/2/2011 and still didnt receive anything.
    Pls comment….there is nothing in my mail….
