If you think that you will never have rock hard abs again - or ever - you may be wrong. I have come to see my body looking better than ever before by combining the Every Other Day Diet and 7 Minute Body (Used to be 7 Minute Muscle).

The amazing thing is that I am spending way less time in the gym or exercising at home than I was before, The brilliance of this exercise program is it is based on saving time while maximizing results.

The EODD Diet plan is designed to help me lose weight without burning muscle and the 7 Minute muscle program is helping me to build muscle up.

This combination has lead  myself and thousands of others to the best bodies of thier lives (At least since we were teenagers anyway).
